Where can I find my license number?  I received a disk at the SBC annual meeting to install on my church computer, but need the license number to complete.

    John,

The license number should be printed on the sleeve or container you got the box in.

I'm sorry!  I forgot to mention that I downloaded Logos in December of 2010!  Is there someplace on my computer I can find the license number?

    Thanks.

Ok, John ... you're going to have provide a few more details (smile). I'm guessing you're on Logos4. And you got a CD?

Logos software (what you downloaded and installed) doesn't have a license number, since it comes at no charge.

The only things that have licenses are the resources/books.

In the older Libronix, the license came with the package (as above) and you typed them in. If you lost your package, you had a problem.

With Logos4, the license is transparent to the user; when it downloads, it's not revealed. And indeed, not having a license file is a concern to some on the forum.

So, if you provide a little  more info, maybe you can be in business.

If you no longer have the disk then contact customer support - they are open today.  Logos 4 does not record (to my knowledge) individual license numbers that you can access on your computer like Libronix (Logos 3) did.
