downloaded and installed without a hitch on Samsung Galaxy S smartphone

First impressions:

  • slow to start - 20 seconds just to the username and password screen, but nearly instantaneous on a consecutive start (YouVersion's Bible app took 7 seconds on first boot, only 1.5 seconds on a consecutive boot (probably just the time for the splash screen))
  • no "remember username and password" option
  • slow to open a Bible - 21 sec for online viewing of KJV's 1st page
  • tried to download KJV twice, but download failed both times. A Spurgeon title also failed to download three times. ????
  • unable to download Russian Synodal translation
  • unable to download Stephens Textus Receptus
  • the progress bar on the bottom is pretty useless, unless there will be a (semi-transparent) overlay with a biblical reference for versified resources or a page number for others.
  • when just reading a regular book and jumping to scripture reference, there is a strange way of going back to book.  Menu button>History takes one to a list of visited resources instead of just jumping to last "page".  I think a design similar to a browser would be more usable
  • Starting page is AWEFUL! I have over 4000 titles, so a library list is totally useless. I like the idea of http://community.logos.com/forums/t/34483.aspx
