I would say that I do not think the study Bible is worth the money. I wasn't a fan of the concept when I heard about it, and what I have read while browsing in the store didn't change that. I'm just not much of a patriotic Christian, to be honest, so I think a study Bible like this is out of line. As a citizen of the Kingdom of God, America is like a foreign land to me.
Greg Boyd wrote a two part review (Part 1 & Part 2) of the Bible, and a few blog posts on it too. I generally agree with his assessment.
When this study Bible was first put on pre-pub a while back, Logos posted an announcement on their Facebook page about it. They soon had to delete the post because many people thought the whole concept was very wrong. I've never seen such a negative reaction to one of Logos' resources before.
That's my opinion on the worth of this resource.
