Indexing Issue

Several days ago I started having indexing issues with Logos 4...an error would pop up "Logos 4 Indexer stopped working" and windows would search for a solution, but never found one.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software into a custom folder and now the program gets hung up with the initial indexing.  I'm attaching the log file.  Any help is appreciated!

You didn't include the indexer logs, which could also prove helpful.

There are numerous errors related to the software being unable to replace certain files on your system. This can happen through the OS, if the files are still in use, e.g., or if there's an issue with permissions for the files/folders in question.

A two pronged approach would be to 1) reboot your system (this should remove the possibility of the files being in use by a hidden version of Logos4 running) and then 2) look at your anti-virus/anti-malware programs and make sure that they are not blocking Logos4 from writing to AppData\Local\Logos4\Custom Folder\Logos4\Documents\2dthsslg.4hp\Documents/documents with C:\Users\Jason Zahn\AppData\Local\Logos4\Custom Folder\. You may want to set your AppData\Local\Logos4\Custom Folder\Logos4\ folder and sub-folders as 'safe' in your anti-virus/anti-malware or in some other way prevent programs from scanning these folders.
