4.3 Beta 10 Morph Search analysis puzzling

Using Logos 4.3 Beta 10, am puzzled by morph search results for 2 Hebrew homograph lemmas including more lemmas in analysis results:

Wondering how to interpret results ?  Also wondering if morph search analysis working as designed ?

Personally was curious about translation of 2 hebrew homograph lemmas,  Personally surprised that "listed" was translation choice for both homographs; wondering about numbered homograph meaning distinction ?

Morph Search analysis is designed to work on an original language resource. Running it on a reverse interlinear will work for the most part, but you will get unexpected output from the locations where multiple Hebrew (or Greek) words are translated by one English word (or by a phrase, idiomatically).

Thanks for explanation; appears Lexham Hebrew-English Interlinear (LHI) behaves like reverse interlinear in verses Ge 39:4 and Ex 30:12 (bit unexpected).  Personally need to learn much more about Hebrew word formation.
