This is what the login dialog box as well as the entire application's GUI looks like when I run Logos 4 on Windows 7 set in a virtual machine using parallels on a Macbook Pro I7 using 8gb ram, 2.5 assigned to the virtual machine. Did both a install with the download installer and one I have on CD. Used both a saved data folder and re-downloaded all resources. Issue still exist. Rebooted Windows, uninstalled and reinstalled Logos 4, issue still exists.

Check your Window Color under Personalize | Window Color | Advanced settings. Else see if there is a similar setting in Parallels.

I'm wondering how you got "Preparing your Library" in front of the Home Page. Was it indexing?

Since you're running Logos 4 under Parallels, you may find more help in the Logos 4 Mac forum, where there are likely to be more Parallels users. There have been some video problems with Parallels posted before (e.g., http://community.logos.com/forums/t/4084.aspx) but those may be for an older version of Parallels than you're running.
