A1-Possible Indexing Solution

Now that I am up working again, the indexing has started to work again. All last night, there was no movment.

Logos team, it would seem that the indexing is not responding when the Mac is either in sleep mode or when the Screen saver is active. I think this needs to get tested out so we can know ho to force indexing overnight.

As a workaround, download a free app called "Caffeine" and set it to run "indefinitely" and then turn the brightness of your screen all the way down so that it turns off your monitor to protect from any screen damage. That's what I did at least!

Thanks for the suggestion Jonathan. It is a good temporary solution, but Logos needs to get this fixed.

Agreed that we need it fixed, but in the meantime this should at least let you leave your system overnight and be done with the indexing. Unless of course your library is so big it takes a few days to index [;)]

Thanks for the solution. I had the exact same problem. Except for me, it stopped downloading also.
