it has already finished downloading and indexing. I have many books, but many are missing. I'm not even sure yet which ones.. but many. How does BDAG work in this new system? Many of the features of of BDAG are no longer present.
Reverse Interlinear functionality has changed. They are no longer separate resources and they have a new way of displaying the data. Click on the "Interlinear" button in the ESV to see it. Enough people asked for the old revint display, so they are going to add it back in a future release.
Regular interlinears still display the old way.

I wonder if you mean keylinking? Keylinking has been changed to use your prioritization.
Now double clicking a greek word should look it up in BDAG first.
