Book not opening from library

Sometimes, maybe 30% of the time, when I click on a resource in my library on the iPad it doesn't open - instead it goes back to the last resource I had open.

If I then go back to the library and click the required resource again it opens successfully.

The same can happen when trying to open a resource from a reading plan.

Has anyone else seen this?

I have not had this problem, but I will keep an eye out for it.
