Subsequent 2.4 MB Downloads....why?

Having simply installed v. 4 from download (not going through the v.3 install/then v. 4 upgrade). I keep getting a 2.4 MB download....which I download, then add the resources. This is about the 7th time I'm getting the exact same message. Any suggestions?

Try Bradley's steps on that page. There is no risk and I will bet it fixes the issues. Worked perfectly for me.

The very first steps in my solution are "post your logs", so that we can take a look, diagnose the problem, and advise as how to proceed. If you are still having this download issue, please post your log files here.

In Win7 it's here: C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\2e2k45uv.psv\DownloadManager\
