Beta 12 PBB Crash (Async work threw exception)

Beta 12 crashes whenever I compile a particular file. I haven't had this problem before. The error is:

AsyncWorkItem    Async work threw exception: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

The log also shows a missing file error, but the main problem described above is not related to that, and is repeatable.

I got this same crash exception when compiling a document that previously compiled successfully and submitted a report to development yesterday. I've added your log to the case. Thanks.

I can file another bug report on the FileNotFoundException, but I should get more details from you. Was that document previously added to this book, or to a different book, and then removed? Is the document no longer located in the path indicated in the log file?
