Missing volume from NAC series

Hey, I have sliver edition and I just started studying Zechariah this week and noticed that the New American Commentary of Zechariah isn't included in the NAC download for silver. I thought that it was the entire volume of the NAC series that was included so I am curious why it isn't included currently in the download, and also wondering if it will be. The volume on Zechariah is by George Klein and is available for separate purchase through Logos. The volume isn't extraordinarily new, I don't think, for it not to have been formatted yet for the Logos platform. The commentary was published in 2007 and I just upgraded to silver (with which the NAC series is included) earlier this year (2011). Anyone know anything about this? I am hoping for a free inclusion of that volume since it seems to be missing.

NAC was first made available as an incomplete series (31 vols.). When additional books were added they were made available as singles. There are 8 single volumes available including Zechariah.

The base packages were later upgraded to include 37 vols - http://www.logos.com/comparison - so only two now need to be purchased individually...one of which is Zechariah, the other is Isaiah 40-66. Also, NAC Hebrews is on pre-pub.

I'm not too sure why Logos makes it so confusing to complete ongoing commentary sets. I would be totally fine if they included the new editions in the base packages as a part of the set for no charge as they come available just so new users don't have to hunt down all the upgrades. They could call it the Matthew 20 rule if older users ask on account of "fairness".

If you search the forums nearly every major commentary series has a thread dedicated to hunting down all of its volumes in Logos.

This is a question I had a little while ago when I first started using logos. It would be great if the information could be put on the wiki so that everyone has easy access to it. It wasn't impossible to find for me, but it wasn't simple either.

I'm still left wondering what is the best way to acquire missing resources. Clearly when they are released on pre-pub, it is a good deal. But, if they will be included in future releases/upgrades, and I have the patience to wait a year or two, most of the time I would rather go that route even if I would still be paying something for the upgrade. I think it would be great if logos could make a way for users with an existing series to easily upgrade to complete their set. If I have the NAC or WBC or some other, let me know what volumes I am missing and allow me to upgrade those at a discounted price from what someone would pay for the individual volume who doesn't own the series.
