I think they said it was built on the base of the PB which is still in beta and not quite fully functional ... although I have been very pleased with its progress.

No, the function that it depends on is in testing right noe.

George, no one knows when the Beta will become gold, or if Logos will charge for it, and if they do, how much. We just have to wait and see.

To be more direct: The current Beta of 4.3 has a "Personal Book Builder" (aka PBB). You can download this if you want to, but remember it is a beta release. Logos does not provide tech support for Betas.
