Library List In Library & Sycn

I am having a strange problem in the Library List under the Library tab. When I scroll down to the bottom of the list and tap More Books... it thinks and loads more to the list. Eventually though it inserts them out of order. Look at the picture.

Notice "The Swanson ..." is ahead of "The Lexham..." title.

I then have to scroll down to get back to where I was before hitting More Books...

The problem seems to be a little worse than this.. for a given set of displayed books in the search, selecting "more books" seems to query for more books then adds the sum of the displayed books and the new books to the bottom of the list... for every push of "more books", it does the same.

In my version (Gold), this results in a VERY long list with multiple repeats....
