I've noticed that some seem not to have all the upgrade/crossgrade resources they were expecting. if you want to be able to monitor when resources arrive you can...in a difficult kind of way.
1. Open your library.
2. Select the first book by clicking on the authors name (in other words, don't open the book, just select it).
3. Press CTRL + A
4. Click the "i" to show information.
5. Under "Add these tags to all" type something like "Old resources".
6. Now whenever you want to check to see if new resources have appears filter your library by rating:>=0 ANDNOT mytag:old. What's left is what's been added. You can then mark those with "Once was lost but now are found" :-) and the next time you purchase a package filter by rating:>=0 ANDNOT mytag:old, Once. Hopefully you get the point. this should be easier, but for now it works. It does take time to tag a large library, though. maybe a minute or two.
