Louw-Nida / EDNT word study
I'm really glad to see Louw-Nida available but have I missed some setting or info. When I do a Greek word study now the EDNT no longer shows a ref.,but Louw-Nida does along with DBL.
The pairing of Louw-Nida and DBL as the main refs. of the Greek seem like a odd choice since the short refs that are displayed can be very similar. On the other hand the EDNT paired with Louw-Nida or the Dbl would (and did) provide a broader scope of a given words usage.
Can I fix this in some way? I certainly haven't changed any setting to remove the EDNT and add Louw-Nida. What's What?

I'm sorry, but I don't fully understand the problem (in particular, I don't know what 'ref' means in this context). Could you supply a screenshot or give some more detail?

Sorry, "ref" was a poor choice, it was late. I mean definitions. It used to display the EDNT and the DBL Greek. Now it's Louw-Nida and the DBL Greek. Both wonderful works. My point being that the short definitions displayed of Louw-Nida and the DBL are of such close results that your really not getting the kind of info one might need. How would one get the EDNT back?0 -
Hmmm. Good question. I don't remember if EDNT was every shown, but you're right that it isn't now. It's not a prioritisation problem, because I have EDNT prioritised above DBL and I'm seeing the same thing.

I'm sure it did before Louw-Nida became available. It(EDNT)has been my goto source on the iPad since I don't have the BDAG. In fact one of my complaints a while ago was that it was wonderful to have the Lexham interlinear finally displaying properly but that it was unfortunate that we couldn't utilize the domain number links since Louw-Nida wasn't available on iOS. How about clearing this up, iOS dev guys. Has there been a change or am I one egg short of a dozen?

Thanks for reporting this. The server is using default priorities for this section instead of user priorities. I'll get this into our bug tracking system.

That is great Dave! It would be so great to have VINES, TDNT, STRONGS, EDNT, DBL and all those dictionaries included into the WORD STUDY section, that will make the Logos app phenomenal. because the only thing which is lacking now is basically just a proper GREEK and HEBREW study on the app... THANKS FOR EVERYTHING! Can;t wait
