Personal Book Builder

This is obviously a question from a beginner to Logos 4.
Is Personal Book Builder something you will be able to purchase as an add-on.? What has been the cost historically. Under what terms is it licensed/purchased?
I would like to use it as a way to capture my research in Logos and build some tools for classroom use.
Can you export your entire PBB into a PDF format for electronic or print distribution (Non-Commercial)?

For Logos 4, currently not know (has not been publicized by Logos).
Minimal crossgrade page => http://www.logos.com/minimalcrossgrade includes: "Personal Book Builder Reader2" (found in forum discussion => PBB's in L4 that started in Nov 2009)
Logos 4.3 Beta 12 release notes include:
Personal Books
- Books compiled in the beta cycle will expire, at the latest, when 4.3 is shipped to the stable channel due to further changes that will be made.
- Personal Books will not automatically sync between computers.
- Personal Books from LDLS3 (*.lbxpbb) cannot be read in Logos 4; they will need to be recompiled from the original sources. For more information, see this thread

Forum discussion has historical PBB pricing => How can I create my own bible version?
Forum => No way to renew PBB license? has link to => http://www.logos.com/pbb (however, product links for Standard and Private Use editions are broken). Also found blog article => http://blog.logos.com/2008/01/teachers_and_the_personal_book_buil/
Forum discussion about Libronix 3 PBB reader key link => how do I get a PBB key? and previous PBB tutorial => http://www.logos.com/media/pbb/tutorial.html
By the way, also "found" Bible Book Name abbreviations => http://www.logos.com/support/lbs/booknames
