I can't see my new book in my library

I recently purchased " The New Daily Study Bible." I was sent the update icon via e-mail. When I processed the update everything seemed to go according to plan. But alas, the book could not be seen in my Libronix Library. It can however be seen in the Libronix resources sub-folder of the hard drive. How do I get it to show in my library?

Is you library set to show you locked or unlocked items? Look for a drop-down and make certain that the library is displaying unlocked books.

Otherwise I might try https://www.logos.com/user/orders finding this order number, clicking Download Instructions for older versions and then click the orange unlock button to rerun the activation.

In addition to what Kevin said. Libronix requires a restart after installing a new resource (as does Logos4). You did that, right?

You may also want to go to Tools>Account Management and follow the prompts to see if there's anything waiting for you to do there (sometimes a simple confirmation, other times you need to enter an unlock code).

Thanks for the help guys. I managed to come right by updating to Libronix 3 (g). I can see the resource in my library. What added somewhat to the confusion is that although the resource is sold as "The New Daily Study Bible" - apparently one resource; it appaers as 17 individual volumes! Thanks again.

FYI, this is normal--commentary collections are often sold as one product, but are almost always multiple resources. Logos will tend to replicate the print format, which means, if the volumes were separate books in paper, then they are separate resources in digital (this helps with page number citations). Of course, there are always exceptions.
