Keylink Setup for Data Types and Books in My Library

Hello everyone. I am getting more into Libronix tweaking so that I may receive the best usage from the product. However I am disabled and cannot move very fast.  The voice-over in the videos talks too fast. Where can I print out a list of the "data type" tweaks and the "book tweaks" in My Library for keylinking my best resources. Then I would be able to make all the necessary changes or tweaks without geting all jammed up with working different screens, playing the videos repeatedly and trying to keep up with the voice-overs in the video presentations. Thanks for your help.
