I would imagine that most of their customers for this are libraries.  I'd almost bet that it's "over on the boat come."

I agree on both the availability and cost.  It has been digitized and can be downloaded (~1Gb), but is not indexed.  The lowest I have seen it to date is $6500.00 used.
