Crash on PBB add file

Attempted to add a file to an existing PBB resource, and the attached crash occurred. (Indexing was going on at the same time but that did not crash.)

I reopened Logos and examined the PBB and it showed both files present so I told it to Build the resource and it did so successfully.

We've seen the error in your log previously and development has made a change which should prevent future crashes of this sort.
