I use RefTagger on my Swedish Bible site. Is there any way to use Swedish Abbreviations?
Hello Christian, excuse my lack of linguistic understanding but what are you referring to by Swedish abbreviations? Are these for the references themselves? Would you be able to include an example and/or a screenshot? Thanks.
As You can see in the above example 1 Sam 17:16 obviously works because it is the same in Swedish as it is in English. But 1 Kings 19:8 doesn't work because RefTagger doesn't recognize my Swedish Abbreviation 1 Kung 19:8.

Ok, that's what I was wondering. Currently RefTagger doesn't support multiple languages but I will make note that another use would like to see localized language support. Thanks for posting the question!

It's the same problem in Danish :-)
Do you have any status on the localized option?
I'm ready to make the danish version, when ever you are ready.
Also, there is a free danish authorized bible version, you can add to your selection. But, it's an older translation (about 80 years old).
In Denmark we have to major Bible translations:
1) The Authorized Version from 1992, published by The Danish Bible Publ.Danish: "Den autoriserede danske bibeloversættelse", 1992
2) The Living Bible Version from 2007 (International Bible Society), published by Scandinavia Publ.Danish: "Bibelen på hverdagsdansk", 2007
I'm in close contact with both publishers, and know for a fact that the Danish Bible Publishers are right now in the process of digitalizing the authorized version and figure out, which software it should be allowed to run on, and how it should be used online.
I have been consulting them as to the use of Logos Bible Software and of RefTag with Danish Bible (1992).
I would be happy to mediate between Logos and the Danish Bible Publishers.
Meanwhile, I hope we can get the localized function up and running as soon as possible :-)
