I cannot report a typo in "The Hebrew and Canaanite Inscriptions" module through the right-click menu but I think it is important that the third word in line 5 of the Siloam inscription be changed from המוצ to המוצא.
Absolutely correct as can be seen below.
Hi David.
Can't comment as to the typo itself, but wondering why you can't use the report typo feature. Right click the item, make sure "Selection" is active in the right click menu, and report typo should show up on the left side of the menu:
Thanks for letting us know about this fact. I previously reported a typo in BHS directly to Vincent because I wasn't aware of this. I think "Report Typo" should appear even without making sure "Selection" is active. By the time I encounter this again I may well have forgotten that "feature."

"Report Typo" is only available for the "Selection" section of the right-click menu for any resource. This is nothing new, nor unique to these resources.
But in other resources it is available on right-click for any word, e.g.,
Sorry. I was not aware that "selection" must be active. I agree with George that if we cannot report a wrong lemma anyway "report typo" should appear no matter what is selected. Still, after all this discussion between forum participants I doubt if I ever forget that.
You'll note in your screen shot that "Selection" is selected in the right-click menu. Actually it's the only possibility - the others there are for directly adding something to a note file (or clipping), or directly showing in the information side-bar.
EDIT:
Other right-click options depend on the resource and what information is available in addition to the surface text.
I do think it could be helpful to have a report typo for other right-click menu options. Maybe you'd like to make this a formal suggestion in the suggestion forums or on uservoice.
The point is that I did nothing other than right-click for this.

I see your point.
This is how it works. The right-click menu remembers your last selection (in the right side of the menu) and repeats it, if possible. In the case of a resource with no other data attached to the text besides the text itself, it will revert to the only option left: "Selection." If you're in a resource with other information attached to the text (Morph, lemma, etc.), and the last time you used the right-click menu you used the lemma selection (e.g.), the next time it will revert to that, if possible.
Maybe you'd like to be the one to make the suggestion in the suggestion forum or on uservoice that the report typo function be available in all the right-click menu options.
That would probably be a good idea. Unfortunately, the only time I go to uservoice is when someone puts a link to it on the forum. I think there should be a link to uservoice at the top of each page of the forum though I suppose that if I were to do it often enough I would soon remember it. Thankfully, typos are few and far between in original language texts.

Thanks. I finally did the intelligent thing and bookmarked it in my "Logos" file of IE favorites.
