Here is a screen shot that shows the problem: ISBE link in the reading list shows resource as locked. I click on it and it brings up the notifying blank resource page at upper right. However I have the resource and can open to the article.
This same reading list doesn't detect my copy of The New Dictionary of Theology.
My guess is that the link is wrong in the reading list. It was made before the easy copy button was added. In the reading list the resource URL for the ISBE is libronixdls:jump|pos=LLS-AOL:0<KENOSIS>.0.0|res=LLS:14.0.1202. I do not have this resource. Is this the same link you get when you copy the url from that location?

I, for one, did not add any reading lists until yesterday because of this potential - did lots of web links. I really like the way the easy copy button works. - very nice.

Thank you Philip!
The first ISBE link is to the Logos edition of the resource; the second one (which is locked for you) is a link to the E4 edition.
GASP! Somebody at Logos (the origin of this reading list) is allowed to use an E4 resource??? Shock and dismay. Of course I don't have that shoddy piece of work cluttering up my computer.
That covers the first issue. Was there an E4 edition of my second faulty link: The New Dictionary of Theology also?
He will be fired immediately. [:)]
The 3rd link (under "Theological Dictionaries") is to LLS:42.110.11, Ferguson, S. B., & Packer, J. (2000). New dictionary of theology (electronic ed.). Downers Grove, IL: InterVarsity Press.
The 6th link is to LLS:13.0.7, Komonchak, J. A., Collins, M., & Lane, D. A. (2000). The New dictionary of theology (electronic ed.). Collegeville, MN: Liturgical Press.
I suspect you have one but not the other? (I don't know which collections/packages these different resources have been sold in in the past.)

Nah, just transfer him to the help desk for now. He won't do it again.
OK. I have this one. I am now unconfused. Thanks.
BTW: Would there be some way to have the link on the "Resource Unavailable" panel go directly to the resource page at Logos rather than just the Logos home page? In addition you cannot even search on that cryptic LLS number on the Logos site and come up with anything. Trying to find out exactly what that missing resource is (since neither "New Dictionary of Theology" is listed separately) is a bit of a challenge.
We will be improving the Resource Unavailable panel so that it automatically uses the credit card you have on file with Logos to purchase the resource, downloads it, indexes it, and then displays the content you were previously missing (as per your authorisation when you agreed to section 15.IV.b.27 of the EULA). For most resources, this should take less than two minutes. [;)]
Actually, though, we will be improving it to show resource title, cover, bibliographic information, etc. There should be improved links for purchasing the resource (or just finding out more information on logos.com), though some have only been sold in a collection on CD by a publishing partner and we don't always have that information available to direct you to the right place.

Glad to see this week hasn't destroyed your sense of humor :-)
