Moving Favorites to Passage List

I've been reading the ESV on my iPad and adding verses to favorites since there aren't many other options to take notes, keep track of verses etc.  

Now back at my desktop install I have quite a number of verses and I'd prefer to have these as a Passage List but I can't find any easy way to move favorites to a passage list without going through each one individually.

Can anyone suggest anything quicker?
