Forum appears to have failed on one occasion

I wrote a post way back in November/2010, but no one ever
responded. In fact, the Logos Forum search can't even find it, nor can Google. Try it yourself: search for "sorting notes hits a snag." It will only find the re-post I put up today.
So that suggests that it was never actually listed on the forum. The original post is there, though: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/25435/188312.aspx#188312.
Most curious. Perhaps having a colon in the Subject makes things go haywire?
As for the content of the post, don't worry. I reposted it -- without the colon in the Subject -- and it was picked up immediately. The point of this post is simply to draw attention to a possible problem with how the forum handles things.

The forum search is broken. For instance, my postings haven't been indexed since 2009, and they never show up in searches. This can be seen if you click on my name to go to my profile, and then check out the dates in the "My Activity" section. I guess it's not a priority for Logos.
Most people just use Google's site search now (add "site:community.logos.com" to your Google search arguments to only search the forums).

Did not find the 2010 post using:
site:community.logos.com "Notes being sorted in canonical order"
site:community.logos.com "sorting notes hits a snag"
site:community.logos.com "Bible reference spans"
All three found the 2011 post

A spammer stirred up the post, which was subsequently deleted. David likely didn't notice that it was an old thread.

I noticed that it was an old thread but thought that that not being able to find items might be important. Might
And Yes, there might be other was to find the post but could not find it searching for text thought to be present. Maybe.
