How do I add the Personal Book tool?

I was reading here - http://wiki.logos.com/Personal_Books.

 

Below I have copied and pasted the instructions that are included.  It says to go to tools and select personal books.  However, when I select tools, the personal books option is not available.  How can I began to use this tool?  Also, will the personal books tool serve as a way to file sermons associated with specific passages?

 

It says:

To build a book you have created:

1. Go to Tools > Personal Books
2. Click Add book
3. Enter Title and Author (currently Author is required, though it is hoped that in the future it will be possible to leave it blank)
4. Add an optional Copyright message and Description
5. Choose the book type (default: Monograph).
6. Choose a language (it is hoped that more will be added in the future)
7. Click Add field to drop down the menu of other optional fields you might want to add
8. Optionally add a cover image: Click Change... under the blank book cover and choose an image file from your hard disk. You can find usable image files for most published books by searching for their title on Google Images
9. Click Add file... and select the .docx file from your hard disk. Note that currently you can only add one file. Add file will replace whatever file you’d previously selected there if you click it again.
10. Click Build book

Personal Books is still in beta testing. It is Logos 4.3 RC-1 which is a stable version but has not yet been released on the stable channel (normal Logos). If you want to use it you have to follow the directions here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/36208.aspx

If you don't want to use a beta version, the final version will probably be released soon and will automatically be available for updating on your computer.
