Beta 8: Verse links with sub-verse letters (eg "7:10ff") don't work

Example: (at random) TDNT, page 810, D. The NT, links to several verses eg Mk 7:10ff, Mk 9:14ff, Lk 9:37ff, etc...

When clicking on a link to a portion of a verse, at least an "ff" portion (ie the last bit of the verse), the following effect is seen:

  • The link looks normal, eg "Mk 7:10ff"
  • When clicked, the popup section says instead "Mark 7:10++" ("++" instead of "ff")
  • The actual content shown is a large scrollable section of text, not just the bit referenced

The abbreviation "ff" means "and following", so it sounds as though displaying more than one verse in the appropriate behaviour.

Where the reference does refer to a portion of a verse (e.g. 7:10a), Logos usually displays the whole verse; it has no way of knowing how the author has chosen to divide up the verse.

These types of references are working correctly for me. Pressing on the "ff" portion of the reference will just pull up the whole reference as it is all the same link.

This behavior is mirrored in Logos 4 on the Desktop.

    Thanks,
