Looking forward to Logos' potential

I don't get it. Why do links in the Info Pane work other than the cited source (i.e. BDAG, HLOT, etc). It seems like it would be simple to fix. It worked at one point because I have another installation still at 4.2, and it works. I guess it is more frustrating to me because I use this feature a lot. I would have to agree with the sentiments on this discussion: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/36231.aspx
On uservoice, after PBB the number two request is performance. I would include in that making sure all the features work (see above referenced discussion). I actually use less of the Logos features, now that the wow factor has worn off (I have been w/ Logos for only about two years), because it is either a) too slow, or b) a feature doesn't work or provides unpredictable feedback/returns (i.e. search/syntax, etc).
Logos, for me, is such an exciting tool for study and has such potential. It can do so much, however, it does nothing very well or reliably (I know, slightly hyperbolic). For instance, I have three installations, the count of resources in my three different libraries varies by a couple of resources each. Now, out of 4000+ resources it is not worth my time to track down. But, you would think that Logos could reliably read/download all of my resources reliably.
I am not necessarily complaining as much as I am hoping that this wonderful tool becomes all that it can be.
