1. discovered that most links in Favorites are now broken and cannot be fixed.
2. opening L4 immediately minimizes.

We can't reproduce either of these issues. The crash logs you attached are old, and wouldn't provide information about these issues. We will need a current Logos4.log to try to determine what is happening. Please enable temporary or permanent logging according to these instructions and attach new logs. Thanks.

There still isn't a Logos4.log included in the logs you've attached. The two crash logs are old and the Console Messages log does not have what we need to determine the cause of the problem. Did you enable logging per the instructions on the page linked above?

Apologies: both archives show logging not enabled in console messages. Also noticed couple console messages when Logos processing favorites:
The file /Users/get2go/Documents/Theology/The Christ that Paul Preached.pdf does not exist.
The file /Users/get2go/Documents/Theology/Hebrew and Greek Paradigms.pdf does not exist.
Wonder about using AppleScript application => http://community.logos.com/forums/p/34277/272324.aspx#272324 (with version comparison fix) to enable logging ? Would like to see Logos4.log and Indexer.log files.

We got a good Logos4.log this time--thank you! I'll have a developer review it. I know you've been working with Tech Support on the display issue. I will update this thread and the technician when I have more information about the Favorites issue.
