PBB - Good to know about Clippings

May be it is obvious, but It is good to remember that when you use PBB resource for taking clippings and than you have a problem with that PBB project, and decide to delete it and start a new project with the same name and source file, it will delete all your clippings references from the original project. Once you created clippings from a given resource (PBB project) you can change and re-edit the project but do not delete it.

I learned that hard way. I had to use my back-up version of Logos to restore the previous project and get all clipping items back in place.

My suggestion would be to keep clipping file with all clippings even the original resource is not existing anymore. I don't know however what it would mean for the rest of the functionality of clippings.

They are great tool by the way. One of my most often things I use while reading books in Logos.

That might also apply to hidden resources?  e.g. I hide the ESV bible and then un-hide it. Will all my Clippings with quotes from the ESV be lost?
