4.3 is just at the end of the beta cycle (as a Release Candidate), so you will only get it if you're set to the beta channel. Otherwise, you'll have to wait until 4.3 'Gold' is released, which shouldn't be too long now!

When it's released it should download next time you open up L4, or you can type 'Update now' in the command box.

I saw the 4.3 Logos video on YouTube and I thought it was already released because at the end of the 43 second video it tell us to go to Logos.com and download 4.3 now.

Heh. Logos often posts stuff on YouTube before they're ready to announce it. The Logos account on YouTube is a good place to get "leaks" of upcoming announcements. The blog is their official place for announcements. The forums are too, to a lesser degree.

Right now it's at RC status, which means it will likely go gold any day now and that I would guess would happen Monday or Tuesday.
