Can someone please explain what sympathetic highlighting is and how it's used? Thanks!
Steve J.
In a nutshell:
Sympathetic highlighting allows you to highlight with your mouse curse a block of scripture in one version and then immediately see the text in other (interlinear based) versions.
It is very useful for quick comparisons between versions.

I think that the name "Sympathetic Highlighting" is misleading in a way. When I think of "Highlighting," I think of marking up a book for study purposes. I haven't come up with a good title yet, but when I do, I will copyright the name real quick. [:)]
It is true that it "Highlights" the same underlying original language words or phrases so that you can see how various translations deal with the text, but these "Highlights" are temporary. When you select something else, they dissapear.
Perhaps "Concurrent Selection" would be a slightly more accurate/descriptive title.
