I thought I read the project was stuck in the University of Jerusalem's Community Pricing program and they couldn't decide whether to spearhead the target price at $50 or $160... [ziiing!] [:P]
In all seriousness though. Did it take a Louisiana e-source of AP coverage for us to find this... or has it been reported on throughout the last half century all along?
