It is not a corrected edition of the Hebrew Bible. It is a diplomatic edition whose main text is the Aleppo Codex (where extant). A very comprehensive system of 4 apparatuses is supplied as well but there are no value decisions i.e. it is left for the reader to decide which is the preferable reading. This is a tool that supplies you with information but you need to reach the conclusions on your own. It is also worth mentioning that we usually use the term "correction" for the so called "pure" emendations. As a matter of policy the apparatuses of HUBP do not contain corrections (="pure" emendations).
