ipad - library - recent books - how do I remove books I have read/finished from list?

I have tried - the original app allowed the books on the "Book Bar" to be reprioritised by clicking those I wanted to use. Any simple solutions? I have 3 commentaries that I wish to remove from list, finished using. They will have been there for a few weeks. If they could go off list to allow new volumes to come on ...

I am not familiar with the "book bar." Do you mean the Library? If you are asking if you can remove books from the Library (i.e. the list of books you own), the answer is no. On the other hand, if you downloaded books using "offline mode," you can delete the book from the iPad by reversing the process (i.e. switch the book from "available offline" to "OFF").

NOTE: Switching books to "OFF" frees up space on your iPad, but it does NOT remove the book from the Library. The Logos iOS app is designed to access your resources via the internet.

Apologies - I had forgotten the proper name for "the Ribbon"! Books could be reordered: most recently opened moved to the first position. Older material dropped off - a good thing in my opinion! But I don't want the Ribbon back! The Offline mode does not remove the title from the reading list. Example is FF Bruce "Paul: Apostle of the Free Spirit". Finished reading 2 weeks ago. Deleted it - but it still shows high up on my recent books! When deleted, surely it should come off the recent books list?

I agree with you that it would be nice if you could create a list of "favorites" or "currently reading." However, the "recent" books has nothing to do with which books you have downloaded... only with which books you have viewed - wether online or off (you don't have to download a book to read it). Deleting a book from your iPad should have no bearing on its appearance (or lack of). If you recently read a book... it should show up in the recently read!

Your suggestion, however, of a reading list is a good one!

NOTE: I think that there is a bug in the recently read list. I can't determine rhyme or reason for why a book is higher or lower on the list! It would make sense that the most recently read book would be at the top, but this does not seem to be the case.
