Would anybody be willing to make a commentary template in the .docx format available with milestones and chapters already set up?

Hi Rick, You can get one in HTML format which Word will reformat into .docx. I use it, but beware it is a large file. I downloaded it and then copied off individual books of the Bible as needed. It is called Libronix PBB Commentary Template. It is the entire Bible. You can get it here. The finished commentary will link to & scroll with your Bible. I used it in Windows 7. I have no experience with Mac.
