Unable to download ESVB onto iPad
I have been trying and trying to download the ESVB but it keeps erroring out with a message about unable to download. I have downloaded other resources such as BDAG, TWOT, SBL, etc with no problem, just the ESVB will not download. I have removed the Logos App and re-installed, and rebooted the tablet several times with the same result. To make it even worse another Bible app, with the ESVB was able to be downloaded. Please help, maybe it is a corrupted ESVB file on the tablet etc, but I am not sure how to remove it, and removing the app didn't fix the problem.

Yes, that is what I have been doing, except it will not stay in the on position since it will not download. So I switch it back to on, let it attempt a download for an hour, until it errors out. Then flip it to on again and repeat. After a ouple times I give up uninstall the Logos App completely and repeat. Nice screen capture,if you do not mind, how did you do that?

Sorry, I edited my email after I posted it. I included instructions for how to do a screen shot. I am perplexed. Have you tried the Vyrso app (which is another Logos product?) I have never heard of this problem before. Do you know how to "kill" an app? If you double click the center button, the multitasking bar will appear. Then, if you hold down on one of the program icons, they will begin to "jiggle" and have a minus icon on them. Try killing every app (including Logos). This just turns them off - it doesn't delete anything. Its worth a shot. Let me know if it works
[Press and hold the center button and the power button. The photo will be in your "photo" program. Email it to yourself].

Ye,s I have terminated that app, and then all apps, and then finally rebooted the iPad. Haven't had this problem with my iPhone or Assus Windows Netbook tablet. I am now attempting to use Vyrso app, to see what happens.Thanks on how to take a screen capture!

I have been unable to reproduce this error on my iPad. If you'd like to help us track this down, it would be useful to get the log files from your iPad.
To do this, open the Logos app then press More > About > Send Requested Support Info.
You will be prompted to email a file, which you should send to yourself. Then, please reply to this tread and attach the info.zip file that was sent to you.
