Index/TOC for Themelios?

It's good to have my Themelios collection up to date with the latest release. Is an index or Table of Contents for the whole series available anywhere?

The Gospel Coalition (publishers of Themelios) site has several HTML indices, but I'm wanting something I can have on my PC and refer to at will - a Word doc or a PDF, perhaps. Has any worthy Christian soul out there created such a desirable item?

    Someone may provide an index David, perhaps even as a PBB?

    I assume you know how to create a collection, and then search for heading text or large text like this:
