How do I transfer my books in libronix 3 PC to my mac Logos 3? In my libronix 3 PC, there are also other books from the older libronix 2. Can these books be transfer to Logos 3 Mac?
I assume you mean Logos 4 for the Mac, as there was no Logos 3 for the Mac.
First be sure that you have synchronized your licenses over the Internet in Libronix. That way, Logos will know what resources you are entitled to have.
If you have not done so already, install Logos 4 for the Mac and log onto your Logos account. Logos 4 should discover any resources you should have when it checks the Logos servers and notify you that updates are available. Let Logos download those and then check your Library in Logos 4 to be sure everything is there. If you have some resources on CD that for some reason did not get downloaded, you can put the CD in your optical drive on your Mac, type Scan Optical Media in the Command Bar then close and reopen Logos 4 to activate the command. Logos 4 should then discover and load them.
Sometimes it can take awhile for Logos 4 to discover the resources you are supposed to have and offer to download them. You can try typing Update Now or Update Resources in the Command Bar and hit enter to force an additional check.
Observation: Logos for Mac v. 1 was a partial port of Libronix 3 that lacked many features. After Safari update with OS X Lion, Logos for Mac 1.2.2 essentially became an e-book reader (other displays became blank).
