BUG in display of PB links to other resources from within an Endnote

I have end notes in my Word document, a few have links to other Logos resources. When I build the PB, and I hover over the footnote, the text shows correctly but it does NOT show as a link. You have to click on the footnote/endnote number to get a window to show that makes it clear the text is a link to another resource.

This is not correct, as a user just hovering over footnotes/endnotes will not realize that a link to a resource is available, unless he/she clicks on it (which defeats the purpose of having info display on a hover).

    That is the way it works in regular Logos resources (and also in L3!) i.e. hover for the popup and then click to get the temporary window so you can hover over the links!
