PBB: Deleted PB is still around

I've searched the forum and the wiki but can't find an answer to this one.

I've compiled a number of PBs. I've deleted some and they are gone. However, there is one of my deleted PB's which is not visible in the PB panel but which still is available in the library and still appears in searches. Is this a bug? How do I go about completely deleting the book.

You need to be sure of the filename (*.lbspbb), so get that from Resource Information and manually delete the renegade from the \Resources folder. Then delete the files in the \PersonalBookIndex folder. Both folders are in your \Logos4\Data path. When you resatart L4 it should index your existing PB's.

While I'm sure that Dave's method will work - as it apperas in your library and you don't want it there: have you tried the less-technical way of hiding the resource (i.e. open the Logos Settings while library is visible and drag the book into the downmost section of the settings called something like "Hidden resources") ? This should delete the file without you having to navigate the Logos folders and looking for cryptically named files. If it doesn't, use Dave's method.

That is a better way to delete the resource but then you have to unhide it to avoid a clutter of non-existent resources! But still delete the PB Index files to remove the remaining traces of it.
