The Libronix program stop working all of a sudden, could someone explain that please. I have libronix DLS I am aware that I might need an upgrade but I should still be able to use the one I got. It's paid for.
Thanks

Hi Kenneth, Sorry to hear you are having difficulties.
Hopefully we can get it working again. If not, I am sure Customer Service can help.
Wondering if Internet Explorer 9 installed ?

Hi Kenneth
As Super Tramp notes above, your problem solution depends on 'where you're at' (which version of Libronix and also which Windows version).
1. If you're using Libronix version 3, there's two possible problems you might have run into:
a: You installed Internet Explorer 9 (as Keep Smiling surmises above). IE9 causes problems for Libronix3 and Logos has a 'fix-it' page on their site:
http://www.logos.com/support/windows/LDLS-IE9
b: You recently moved to Windows7. Libronix version 'f' and previous had some small issues with W7. Logos released version 'g' to fix it. Whether this is the cause of not, you'd still do well to run the latest version (assuming you're running Libroinix 3). You can do this by using the 'Libronix Update' under the 'Tools' menu.
c. The other possibility if you haven't tried it, is to re-boot your PC. Sometimes Libronix gets an instance hidden but running and re-booting clears it.
2. If you're on the version 2 of Libronix, the obvious answer would be to upgrade to version 3g (which is free). The easy way is to download Libronix3g from the Logos site and install it (hopefully someone else knows the site location; my mind just went blank).
3. And lastly, Logos.Inc would much prefer you upgrade to version 4 (Logos4). It also is free and uses your existing resources, so you're still 'paid for'. They do offer an inexpensive upgrade for about $70 which adds some functionality to Logos4 but if you're happy with Libronix, that's not absolutely necessary.
I only went through the above, if you don't spend much time on the forums. If you already know the above, my apologies!

It's here: http://www.logos.com/support/downloads/ldls
I've had the same problem, Kenneth. And for all who replied to you, I have 3g, Internet Explorer 8, Windows XP and I had the free Logos 4 but had computer problems and when I tried to download it again, it is no longer available.
I recently purchased an upgrade to 4, but have been using both as I learn 4. I do not have the time to do my studies and prepare my lesson plans on 4 while I am learning it. I am really upset that Logos seems to have ended their association with Libronix so that non of the functionality works on LDLS Logos 3. I have spent well over a thousand dollars for this system and now it is worthless.
I have also been trying to get my notes, etc. to upload to 4, but since 3 no longer works, this is impossible. I have searched and searched for a fix? Anybody have any other ideas?
Thanks.
