Help avoiding re-downloading 9.5 GB

I've tried the steps outlined by Dave Hooton in the "Do I really need to download (x)GB twice for both my main PC and my Laptop" post, but it's not behaving as described.

I've tried a couple times but using Scan "c:\l4resources" doesn't seem to work. No matter what I do our how quickly I try and prevent the download, it still want to download 9.5 GB.

I REALLY don't want to have to go through the download again... Any suggestions as too what I might be doing wrong?

Why don't you disconnect your computer from the internet? Unplug the cable or disable the wireless access until you can point Logos toward your backed-up files? I haven't had the pleasure of trying to install Logos 4 on a second computer yet, but that seems like it would work.
