Links to other resources not always working - offline or online

I noticed that if you are offline and in a resource, a link
to another book, like say Calvin’s Institutes does not work, instead it looks
like it is trying to reference a bible chapter/verse. For example, a link like this, Calvin, Inst. 1.10.3; will bring
up Genesis 10:3. Bible references work ok and when you are online some of the links work, like the one mentioned above. .

Also I just upgraded to Scholar’s and downloaded the 37
volumes of the Early Church Fathers and was hoping that one could link to them
from other books. For example I have Tom
Oden’s series on Systematic Theology and he has numerous links to the 37 volumes,
but these don’t work online or offline in the iphone app. I get a message, “Error Loading Book, Logos
could not load the specified book”. I
can read them on the app ok and the links work on the PC Logos application..

I was unable to replicate that error in Odens' Systematic Theology: the links seem to work fine when online.

I did confirm that the reference to the Institutes links to your preferred bible when Offline. I will submit this bug to our bug tracking system, and we'll be pushing out a fix in a future release.

Be sure that you have the most up-to-date version of the app. If you are still having trouble, try uninstalling the app and re-installing it.

Thanks Hunter, I went ahead and deleted the app and reloaded all my hundreds of books. But I still can't get the links from Oden's books to work online or offline as they should. The bible reference ones are ok. As I said, Calvin's links take you to a book/chapter/verse in the bible when you are offline, but are ok online.

I still get the message “Error loading book” the first time I try this when I am
reading but the clicking on another link on the same page I don’t get any
reaction to clicking on a link to the Early Church Fathers for example.

This is also true of trying
offline to link to one of Luther’s Works that is on the device, same message.

I can link to the 37 vol
Early Church Fathers from other books like
Catena Aurea for example, online or offline.

Frustrating, as reading Oden's books was the main motivation to get the Scholars Edition a couple of weeks ago.

It appears that the links to the books mentioned in the thread now work online, so that is an improvement. Not sure what changed on Logos end, but I did put down ios5 and have the latest app.

But the links do not work when offline. Still the same issue with linking to Calvin's Institute and the links to the ECFdoesn't work.
