the only change I would give your summary is I would say it "heavily uses internet access". To an extent L3 required internet access if you wanted to update the program.

Excellent review....
May I add that the problem of limited content affects the program in various ways - not one of my preferred bibles is available, I thus get strange results for passage guides...
