John -
First, welcome to the forums! I don't know what you mean, but I will take a stab. If you mean sync the windows so that the Bibles and/or commentaries move together, what you want is called creating a "Link Set." For each "versified" resource (such as Bible or commentary), click on the book cover (upper left hand corner) and the following menu will appear. Choose a letter, and repeat with another resource. They will now be linked and will scroll together.

Welcome [:D]
Wiki has => Getting Started with Logos page that includes => Home Page + First Steps section. The Home Page default layout includes 7 panels linked in a set (A), which may be sluggish to scroll, especially since one panel is Text Comparison that compares verse(s) in Top 5 Bibles.

I guess I'm a slow learner but I still don't understand. I did what I thought you said but it still didn't work. Maybe I'm missing a step???? Thanks for your help.
John,
What you need to do is link your resources. To do this:
When resources belong to the same link set, scrolling any resource should automatically update the position of the others. This way, as you read a Bible, for instance, all your opened, linked commentaries will automatically scroll to keep up (if they have a commentary entry for that passage!).
You can link other tools as well, such as the text comparison window. But the more you link, the more it might slow down scrolling.
