I didn't order it, but I am wondering if you allowed for both a full download and indexing?
Thought I did, but perhaps not. What do I need to do?
Generally downloading and indexing is automatic. Have you restarted Logos? Are you running PC or Mac?
PC. I've started Logos twice, nothing happening in downloading/indexing.
Of course, I'll call Monday if I need to.

I ordered them and received them all! Have you tried "update resources" in your command box? It takes a while, but it's pretty good at finding missing resources!

Yes, I've tried Update Resources. Nothing. I'll just call Logos tomorrow and get the mystery solved.
