I'd like to find how many and which verses are translated from <G1401> to "slave" in any or all translations.
I can find the verses with the greek word Doulos, but I want just the verses translated to "Slave" from Strongs 1401?

This might work for you. i only used it on the ESV, but remember when looking for strong's that an english translation will need to be indexed for Strong's (e.g. most Reverse Interlinears).
<GreekStrongs = #1401> AND slave
EDIT: this also works <GreekStrongs = #1401> = slave

I right clicked on bond-servants and choose Greek Strong's on the right and search this resource on the left. Then I choose Top Bibles or whatever collection of Bibles you choose. Then I clicked on Analysis and arranged the syntax as you see on the screen.

Use the following syntax in a Reverse Interlinear:-
<G1401> ANDEQUALS slave
EDIT: this is the same as <G1401> = slave
For a brief explanation see http://wiki.logos.com/Search_HELP
What also is revealing is where G1401 is NOT translated "slave":-
<G1401> NOTEQUALS slave
and you will see that "servant" is the most common alternative translation.
