Currently Chrome design applies only to main window. Can it also be applied to floating windows?
This is how it looks under Windows XP. I currently don't have Windows 7 to try it out. May be it is OK there.
W7 matches the rest of the desktop on floating windows, so you may be experiencing an XP only issue.
